Drew Blythe Barrymore (born February 22nd, 1975) is an American actor. She has won numerous awards which include an Screen Actors Guild Award Award as well as an Golden Globe. There have been five Emmy Award nominations as well as a BAFTA nomination and five Emmy Award nominations. She is part of the Barrymore family and is the great-granddaughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore gained fame as a child actress with her part in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. She released Little Girl Lost, her autobiography about her childhood of drinking and drug abuse. In the 1990s, she starred in several films, including PoisonIvy Boys on the Side and Mad Love. Barrymore played alongside Adam Sandler on a few films, including The Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates and Blended. Barrymore gained fame as a child actor with her character in E.T.
