Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott, born June 16, 1987 is an American comedian and actress. She was a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2008 to 2012. Since then , she's appeared on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out as well as the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of comedian/actor Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City as the older of her two children. She is the child of Paula Niedert, a talent manager and Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her father was Bob Elliott (radio comedian). She is younger sister to the actress Bridey Elliott. They were both born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she was an actor in school musicals and plays. After graduating Immaculate High School in 2005 she enrolled at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but she dropped out during her first semester. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in 2010. The couple broke up in September 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer on September 3 on the 3rd of September, 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy is their daughter. Elliott studied comedy at The Groundlings, and then began performing and training in various sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
