Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4, 1979), is an American model, actress and performer. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her.
